112 Release Manager provides a complete system for managing requests for information from the multitude of Police and agencies that are legally entitled to do so.

Simple integration with the back end data sources facilitates 90% of requests to be processed automatically. A logging and workflow management function allows the remaining 10% to be processed efficiently. Police can track their requests to monitor progress and
reduce further queries.

Requests can be received over the web, by fax or secure file transfer protocol (sftp) reducing the resources required to log requests, removing the opportunity for error and providing instant workload figures for management.

112 Release Manager retrieves the requested data from back end systems and formats it to meet legal or agency requirements. A forensically sound copy is stored and the original dispatched to the agency by their preferred channel. A full accounting function then invoices the agency if appropriate.
